Recipe's preparation

    Raw Chocolate Coconut Rough
  1. Line a lamington tin with baking paper, or use silicon chocolate moulds or Thermomix Snack Bar Moulds.

If your coconut oil has solidified, place into TM bowl & warm for 2-4 mins / 37 degrees / speed 1, until it is liquid.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients and chop for 30-40 secs / speed 7.

  3. Pour into lamington tin or moulds and press down firmly to ensure mixture is well compacted together.

Place in the fridge to set for a minimum of 3 hours.

Cut into small or large pieces (as appropriate) and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

The perfect treat to beat those chocolate cravings guilt free!

Tip

Nut free treat for school.  Best served cold, so for summer lunch boxes, freeze and it will thaw in time for mornign tea.

    TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

This is the most amazing slice I have made in my Thermomix! I found it online and made it 3 times in one week! Great for people with allergies and tastes so naughty even though it isn't! Thank you so much!
