    Hot Chocolate Fudge Sauce
  1. Place chocolate into mixing bowl and grate 8-10 sec/speed 8.

  2. Add the cream and golden syrup and melt 2 min/50C/speed 5.

  3. Serve immediately.

    Delicious chocolate sauce. It's very runny so I continued cooking time to make it a little thicker but depends what consistency you are after

    I had no idea what to make the kids for dessert, I did have some strawberries (picked this morning) and vanilla icecream. I made this sauce to go with the icecream and strawberries and oh goodness! It was yummy!
    This is will be my go to chocolate sauce from now on.

    Very nice and easy. I cooked it for an extra 1min, 60 degrees, sp 3.5 after scraping down the sides.

    This sauce was excellent. I used Lindt 70% and reduced the goldern syrup to 40 grams, and it was perfect for us. I poured it into sterile jars and stored it in the fridge for later use.
