Delicious chocolate sauce. It's very runny so I continued cooking time to make it a little thicker but depends what consistency you are after
Used 70% lindt, delicious, thank you.
Decembergirl: once in jars how long would you say this would last? Also is it able to be frozen??
I had no idea what to make the kids for dessert, I did have some strawberries (picked this morning) and vanilla icecream. I made this sauce to go with the icecream and strawberries and oh goodness! It was yummy!
This is will be my go to chocolate sauce from now on.
Very nice and easy. I cooked it for an extra 1min, 60 degrees, sp 3.5 after scraping down the sides.
yum yum yum
Easy and tasty, not as thick or shiny but everyone ate it.
This sauce was excellent. I used Lindt 70% and reduced the goldern syrup to 40 grams, and it was perfect for us. I poured it into sterile jars and stored it in the fridge for later use.
I thought this was fab! and SO easy - perfect treat with choc brownie (i recommend the mars bar brownie recipe on this site!) really yum thank you
How long does it last for? Do you store in fridge or pantry?
