Rhubarb Berry Oat Crumble
- 6 stalks rhubarb, cut into 2cm slices
- 700 grams berries, fresh or frozen
Crumble Topping
- 150 g Butter, cut into cubes
- 200 g brown sugar
- 90 g plain flour
- 150 g wholegrain rolled oats

- 1. preheat overn to 180degC.
2. coat 7 med ramekins with non-stick baking spray.
3. Divide chopped rhubarb and berries between ramekins.
4. Place butter and brown sugar in TM with MC, 10 sec sp 5, scrape down sides of bowl & repeat.
5. Add oats & flour, mix 20sec, sp 3 reverse, repeat until mixed.
6. Bake 40-45 mins until fruit is bubbling up through toasted crumble topping.
7. Serve warm, dusted with icing sugar, with yogurt, whipped cream, or ice cream.
