Snicker Bliss Balls

150 grams medjool dates, deseeded
80 grams Maple syrup
100 grams Peanut Butter
250 grams unsalted peanuts, crushed
40 grams dessicated coconut, plus extra for rolling
40 grams cocoa powder, 70% cocoa
5 grams vanilla essence
1 pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

Add Peanuts to bowl and crush. 5 seconds/Sp 6

Add all remaining ingredients. Remembering to leave some coconut for rollilng. Mix for 20 Seconds/Sp 6. Mixture may feel a little dry but will hold together well when rolled.

Roll mixture into balls (size if your own preference).

Roll balls in additional coconut

Keep refrigerated

Tip

If you dont like to roll mixture into balls then press into a slice tim and sprinke additional coconut over the top before refrigerating.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
