Stewed Rhubarb with Apples
- 1 bunch rhubarb, washed and cut into pieces
- 2 large Apples Granny Smiths, washed, peeled and cut into pieces
- 4 plums, washed and cut into pieces
- Juice and zest of 1 orange
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 heaped tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 level tbsp vanilla essence

Place rhubarb, apples, plums, juice and zest of orange and juice of lemon, cinnamon and vanilla essence into and cook on 100 degrees C for 10 min on speed 1.
Transfer into glass container.
Serve hot or cold with joghurt or ice cream or your muesli for breakfast.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
