  • 250 grams Medjool Dates, de-seeded
  • 150 grams banana
  • 3 level tablespoons Cacao Powdeer
  • 2 heaped tablespoon coconut oil
  • 3 level tablespoons Goji Berries

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place the first five ingredients in the bowl in the order listed above. blend until well combined but still with nutty pieces, approx 8 seconds, speed 10, scrape mixture back onto blades and repeat. Add in goji berries and mix gently, 3 seconds speed 3. Pour into a 20x20cm cake tin greased lightly with coconut oil. Freeze for several hours or over night. Cut into pieces, store in freezer, enjoy.

    Mine was overpowered by the banana, probably use less banana next time. Nice fudge consistency. Can't wait to try some of the wholefood simply website recipes, they look amazing.

    I made this healthy chocolate fudgey goodness slice today. It's been in the freezer for two hours and

    I couldn't wait to try a tad. It hadn't set yet, but my oh my it tastes yummie. You can really taste the bananas. 

    Which means its good for me, right?

    This is amazing & it truly is fudgey.  Made a double batch and had to give it all away as I could not stop eating. Everyone that has tried has really loved it.  Might put in a little shredded coconut next time to add another layer to the texture. Thank You tmrc_emoticons.)
