- 60 g Cashews (raw)
- 45 g coconut (desiccated)
- 30 g Inca berries
- 10 g water
- 3 pinches himalayan pink salt
- 17 drops doTERRA Lemon Oil

Weigh all ingredients into the Thermomix. Add salt and lemon oil.
Blend on speed 8 for 10 seconds or until it has reached your desired consistency.
Roll into 8 or so balls.
Method
Tip
If using medjool dates omit water.
Roll in lemon myrtyl powder for added flavour.
