Love it! Such a beautiful flavour. The only thing that I might omit next time might be the raspberries as I'm not a fan of the seeds. I added lots of lime zest and it was sensational!

I made this last night and it was amazing! I used a tiny bit of stevia instead of sugar and used a Kaffir lime leaf instead of the lime. So YUMMY!! Thanks for the recipe.

Hi - can you freeze it for later - or should you the freeze it in cubes so you can use the Thermo mixer to 'make it' icy again. Thanks Anne'

I followed the recipe exactly. It was totally yum. I served mine up to guests with fresh raspberries, thin wedges of watermelon and a small sprig of mint.  Tasted and looked awesome. Thank you so much for the recipe.

I made this with watermelon and banana and it was delicious in a warm and humid day.   Glasses
