- 500 g cream, as natural as possible
- 500 g full cream milk
- 200 g raw sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence

Place all ingredients into the TM bowl
Cook 5 minutes at 80C on speed 4.
Pour into a stainless steel or enamel bowl and cool in freezer until almost frozen. Do not freeze solid
Cut the firm ice cream mix into chuncks and place into the TM bowl. Mix for 20 seconds on speed 9, then for 10 seconds on speed 4. Use spatula if needed. return to freezer.
