Berry and Avocado Smoothie

  • 150 g unsweetened nut milk
  • 70 g blackberries frozen
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 5 g Flaxseed
  • 50 g fresh spinach leaves
  • 100 g Greek yoghurt, unsweetened
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • A small handful wheatgrass or 10g wheatgrass powder
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves to garnish

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except mint leaves into the TM bowl Closed lid"Closed lid" .
  2. Blend Blend"Blend" 1 min/speed 8.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve cold.
