Ingredients

  • 10 g almonds
  • 10 g rolled oats
  • dessicated coconut, optional
  • chia seeds, optional
  • 10 g cold pressed oil (inca inchi, macadamia etc)
  • 1 egg
  • 20 g honey
  • 230 g orange juice, (or one fresh orange peeled and quartered)
  • 150 g yoghurt
  • 2 pieces fruit of your choice, chunky cut

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put all the dry ingredients in the TM bowl and blend - sp10 until powdered

  2. Add the fruit and blend - sp7 until pureed

  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend - sp10 until the desired consistency is obtained

  4. Enjoy!

     

Tip

Use any fruit you like for this shake, I usually use a banana and pear or apple.

In summer, I freeze my banana in portions (peeled) and use it frozen, gives a nice thickshake consistency.

If you decide to add the coconut and/or chia seeds, just use a tablespoon or so of them
