Ingredients

  • 30 g olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 long red chilli, deseeded
  • 200 g white wine
  • 30 g Butter
  • 250 g firm white fish fillets, cut into small chunks
  • 200 g spaghettini
  • 5 sprigs flat leaf parsley

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Cook the spaghettini on the stovetop while making the sauce and steaming the fish in your TMX.  PLace cooked spaghettini in your ThermoServer with some liquid to keep hot

    2. Chope parsley leaves for 3 seconds/speed 6 and set aside.  Rinse and dry bowl

    3. Put garlic and chilli into bowl and chop for 3 seconds/speed 5, scrape bowl and repeat if necessary.  Add oil and saute for 1 min/speed 2/100 degrees

    4. Add butter and wine to the bowl.  Place fish in the Varoma and set in place.  Cook for 8 min/speed 2/Varoma

    5. Add cooked pasta to the bowl (drain any remaining liquid) and parsley and mix Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" until combined.  Put in serving bowl and top with fish.  Garnish with chilli slices and parsley
