Recipe's preparation

    Chilli Garlic Prawns
  1. Place garlic and parsley in TM Bowl and chop 5 seconds / speed 5. Remove and set aside.

    Insert Butterfly, add coconut oil cook / 4 mins varoma/speed 1

    Add Chilli and Garlic and saute 3 mins / varoma /speed 1.Add prawns cook 4 mins / Varoma / Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1.Serve with Salad, Rice & steamed vegetables.

Tip

Taste your chillis first these should be mild or you will surprise your whole family! Limit to 1 if bitey

    We were a little ddisappointed as we thought it would have a little more bite with 4 chillies. Maybe we just like it hotter than most

    I am really surprised at how easy and tasty this is!  I did the same as SandyH61 but added some fresh ginger.and served it over cauliflower rice, and loved it!

    Hubby loved this! It's a keeper, and so easy. I only used 100gr of coconut oil; that was plenty. I also didn't heat the oil up first; I just sauted the garlic and chillies all in one go. I also didn't add the parsley to the actual cooking; I added it chopped, uncooked over the dish just before serving.
