Meatloaf
- 1000 grams Beef mince
- 2 onions
- 2 level tsp curry powder
- 1 level tsp parsley
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup water (for sauce)
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 level tsp vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 level tsp instant coffee granules
- 2 level tsp lemon juice
- 30 grams Butter
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce

- Add onions and parsley to bowl and chop speed 7, 3 seconds
- Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat
- Add beef mince, curry powder, milk, water and breadcrumbs
- Use the dough function to knead the mixture for 30 seconds
- Scrape down bowl and repeat for another 30 seconds
- Pour into loaf tin and press down
- Place into 180° preheated oven for 30 minutes
- Prepare sauce:
Add water, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, butter, coffee powder and lemon juice in the bowl - Cook 5 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 2, simmering basket on
- Optional - you can thicken the sauce by cooking it for longer with the simmering basket on to reduce the liquid
- Remove loaf pan from oven and drain out excess fat/liquid
- Pour sauce over loaf to cover completely. If there is left over sauce you can serve this on the sliced meat
- Cook for a further 30-45 minutes depending on the oven temp
- Serve with a side of mash potato and vegetables. Drizzle with leftover sauce
