Was very nice.
The curry was very runny, soup like. I served it on top of quinoa, zucchini zoodles & corn.
Will make again.
Delicious. I added chopped kale when I added the fish and it turned out great.
Very nice!! Thanks!
Just one word! Delicious!!! i used palm sugar instead of brown sugar. It was restaurant quality! Thabk you!
Easy and delicious. Mixed a handful of baby English spinach at the end. Used butterfly and fish didn’t break up at all. Didn’t have enough fresh basil so mixed fresh and dried. Used some of the coriander stalks and roots with the leaves to make up the total coriander. Used kaffir lime instead of juice. Will do again.
Thankyou this was delicious, I used Basa, instead of brown sugar and lime I used palm sugar & kaffir lime leaves. Will try this recipe with different seafood 😀
