This sounds Yum. What can I use it place of Nama Shoyu?

Didn't have the correct sauces, so tried a tablespoon of oyster sauce and 2 of light soy after consulting the Internet. Yummy. Certainly will be making it again. I steamed potato, pumpkin and sweet potato and some Chinese greens and zucchini. An all in one meal!

A fabulous meal, the whole family loved it (including 2 toddlers). Served on Jasmine rice, and added a touch of thai sweet chilli sauce to the plate - absolutely delicious. Will be doing this one regularly
