Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Weigh Roasted unsalted cashews into bowl with lid in locked position Closed lid and use turbo button 2 to 3 times until cashews are fine.

    2. Add Thermomix vegetable stock, Coconut cream & water. Mix on speed 8 for 1 minute (I use the little cans of coconut cream so there is no waste)

    3. Place all other ingredients into bowl. At this stage you can add more vegetables or different vegetables than the ingredients listed. (I had homegrown carrots that had been cooked in the varoma and frozen which I used instead of peas)

    4. Cook on 100 degrees/ 10 minutes/counter-clockwise operationspeed 2

Easy, and super delicious, even to fussy eaters who normally refuse to eat tuna! A little salty, so I will add less next time.

This is the most delicious Tuna Mornay that we have ever tasted.......   My children absolutely loved it and my Nephew who is Dairy free and Gluten Free really loved it......   I have to go and buy more ingredients to make more.....   We only left out the peas for the kids sake     tmrc_emoticons.)     Thanks it was a life saver as I was running out of ideas of food we could all enjoy while my nephew was staying with us.

Wow!!  Very pleasantly surprised at the texture and consistency and it tasted great. Next time I will try adding just a little more water, husband thought it was a little "gluggy". It is definetly going into the favourites. Thanks for sharing.
