Ingredients
marinara risotto
- 2 cloves garlic
- 30 grams olive oil
- 800 grams water
- 4-6 sprigs Continental Parsley
- 100 grams white wine
- 2 fresh ripe tomatoes diced
- 50 grams tomato sauce
- 1 long red chilli, seeds optional
- 350-400 grams Aborio Rice
- 400-500 grams Marinara Mix
- half brown onion
- Parmesan cheese, to taste, suggest 50g

place onion, chilli, parsley, garlic in bowl for 3 sec speed 7 or until chopped as desired. Scrap down sides of bowl.
add diced tomatoes, oil, saute 3 mins 100` speed 1
add wine, rice, saute 2 mins 100` speed 1
add water, pinch of salt, cook 10 mins 100` speed 1
add marinara mix, cook 7 mins 100` speed 1
pour into serving dish, mix in cheese, allow to sit for a few minutes before serving.

This was delicious! I left tomato sauce out by mistake (missed where to add it in instructions) still very tasty though. Next time I would use the butterfly as the rice was a bit too mushy for me.

I used extra water as no wine, no tomato sauce so added 1 tsp Veg stock. Looked too runny initially however thickened beautifully in my thermo serve. Happy newbie! Got my Thermie 6 days ago, I shall call her Sous! My assistant chef....
