Ingredients
- 6 Lamb Shanks, French
- 750 grams sweet potatoe, Peeled and cut into quarters
- 450 grams Broccollini, Or any greens
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 heaped teaspoons garlic, Crushed
- .5 litre Water.
- 2 heaped tablespoon meat stock paste
- 2 onions, Chopped

1. Chop onions and 1tsp garlic 4 seconds / speed 7
2.Add 500ml water, stock paste into bowl with the chopped ingredients
3.fill steaming basket with sweet potatoe, deep varoma dish with lamb shanks add lid, cook for 60 minutes/ Varoma/ "Counter-clockwise operation" Speed 2 at 30 minutes check the water
4.Check lamb shanks, turn oven onto highest temp, add steaming basket filled with sweet potatoe for 30 minutes / varoma/ speed 2"Counter-clockwise operation" , check water
5.After 15 minutes, add top layer tray with broccollini cook for the rest of the 30 minutes
6.Once finished, remove lamb shanks and put in the oven to caramalise. Remove sauce and it should have reduced, into a jug or bowl.

Place sweet poatoe with milk, garlic and butter in the jug 20 seconds/ "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 4
8.Remove lamb shanks from oven, plate up with mash and broccollini add gravy/sauce ontop off shanks.
