  • 390 gram water
  • 1 tablespoon chicken stock
  • 300 gram arborio rice
  • 50 gram frozen peas & corn
  • sea salt flakes, To taste
  • ground black pepper

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add thyme, parsley, garlic, ginger, onion in mixing bowl.

    chop 3sec/ Speed 7

    Add oil, sauté 3min/ Varoma/Speed 1

    Add carrot, capsicum 

    Chop 3sec/Speed 7

    Scrape sides

    insert butterfly

    add chicken, apricot nectar, water, stock,rice

    Cook 17min/100 C/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1

    Remove butterfly

    Add peas

    Cook 4min/ 100 C/ Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 1

    Pour into thermos server, season, rest 3-5min
