Meatballs

  • 500 grams Rump Steak (Semi Frozen)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion, Cut in half
  • 4 sprigs parsley
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 40 grams breadcrumbs
  • 20 grams Bbq sauce
  • 10 grams Worshire sauce
  • pinch Pepper & Salt to taste
  • 20 grams olive oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put rump in bowl and with Closed lidTURBO for 1 second 8-10 times. Set aside


    Put garlic, onion, parsley and rosemary in bowl, speed 5 for 3 seconds, scrap down bowl add 20ml olive oil and saute for 3 minutes 100c on speed 2.


    Add in reserved meat and all other ingedrients and mixed on speed 2 for 20 seconds or until all combined.


    Roll into balls and place in varmoma tray and cook for 20 minutes on varoma speed 3

Tip

I served this with the red sauce from the EDC cookbook for the meatloaf but could use any sauce that you like

    Very nice thank you. Added a few extra ingredients but I just needed a bit of guidance on times etc.

    Just about to cook these but noticed there is no liquid level shown for Varoma steaming... is it 500ml for 20 mins? I'll check my  EDC book.
