- 10 g Fried shallots
- 10 g ginger fresh
- 30 g oil
- 25 g palm sugar
- 1 shallot
- 1 tablespoon Balinese yellow paste
- 6 pieces Lemon grass
- Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingedients except chicken & lemongrass into bowl, blend 10 seconds, speed 6.
Add cicken mince & blend to a paste, 10-15 seconds, speed 6.
Take a large spoon full of mixture, form a flat ball shape around the end of lemongrass stick.
Grill.
Serve with rice & greens.
Tip
Instead of using lemongrass, use wooden chop sticks or thick sate sticks.
this is also nice steamed in varoma as meatballs
