Tip
If you like a softer polenta just use less flour, otherwise a little bit more.
This is a typical dish of the northern parts of Italy, it's very good and not so difficult to prepare using thermomix the first time I did it, it was only after 2 days from getting my thermomix. I hope you will be able to understand my english... and...Good lunch!

Yes, you have to take off the measuring cup and use the spatula leaving it inside the hole
Enrica
Enrica, did you leave the measuring cup off to make the polenta?
I'm so glad to read that
Enrica
I forgot to tell that as soon as the polenta gets ready, it's better to serve it and just add the beans on it.

Just cooked this tonight for dinner. I used pork sausages instead (as this is what I had in the fridge) and it was delicious. The whole family enjoyed it. Thank you, I will definitely be doing it again soon. YUMMO! Thumbs up by all.
