Beef & Red Wine Casserole
- 1 medium onion, brown
- 1-2 clove garlic
- 50 g olive oil
- 500 g gravy beef, cubed
- 2 tablespoon plain flour
- 400 g canned tomatoes, chopped
- 200 g red wine
- 2 tablespoon vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoon Thyme, chopped
- 150 g carrots, chopped

- Chop carrots - 5 sec / speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.
- Chop garlic & onion - 3 sec / speed 7.
- Add olive oil & saute - 3 min / Varoma / speed 1.
- Add beef & cook for 10 mins / 100 deg / "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 1.
- Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 10 mins / 100 deg / "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 1 / MC off - replace with steaming basket.
- Once completed, pour into Thermoserver. Best served with rice or mash.

Tip
You could skip the first 10 minutes and add all ingredients and cook for 20 minutes. You will end up with the same results.
