I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Place water in TMX and heat for 10 Min/Varoma Temp/Speed2.
2. While water is heating cut the chicken breasts into 1cm strips and place in mixing bowl.
3. Place desired amount of seasoning (I love using two for good flavour) and mix well until chicken is all covered well.
4. Place the seasoned chicken in the Veroma tray and dish and cook 22-25 Min/Varoma Temp/Speed 2.
5. Place cooked chicken in bowl and serve with tortillas, grated cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and salsa.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
