Really enjoyed it. Thank you
This was a great recipe- Thanks
This was a winner at our house. The paste was amazing and tasted just like a thai red/green paste just without the chilli. I didn't have enough lemongrass so I just added more kaffa lime leaves and I tweaked a few things as per a different thai green paste recipe but not by much. I also froze the paste for future recipies.
Also, I wasn't really a soup (which is what I expected) but that worked better for us with 3 kids 4yrs and under. I added more veg and chopped some chilli and sprinkled on top for hubby and my. Perfect!!
I am making again tonight!!!
OMG yum, I did as the comments sugegsted and added fish sauce and a chilli to the paste. So good
Boyfriend said it was perfect! I added 2 kaffir lime and a tbsp of fish sauce. No lemon grass but tasted fine.
Tweaked according to personal tastes but very aromatic even husband could make it ha!
Amazing! Super tasty, was loved by Mr 18month old, Mr 3 year old and Mr 40-something year old will definitely be having again! Lovely with green string beans in it too
Great laksa recipe. I used baby spinach as I didn't have any bok choy in the house and it was still great.
i will definitely make this again. My 21 month old said 'yummy mummy'
I didn;t make the paste, I used 4 tbsp of bought thai green paste and it was absolutely delicious!
I enjoyed this however next time I wnot add garlic to laksa as there was enough in the paste
