  • 500 grams chicken
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 bread, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoons parsley
  • 4 Rashers middle bacon
  • 2 spring onions, bottom 3 inches

Recipe's preparation

    Perfect for a BBQ
  1. Cook two slices of bread to make toast, cut into quarters, add to bowl

    add galic, herbs, onions, 

    blitz speed 4, 10 seconds - check & repeat until all mixed through

    set aside

    add bacon to bowl, blitz 10 seconds speed 4, 

     

  2. add crumb mix & mince back into bowl, mix speed 2, 20 seconds

    once all combined, roll into rissoles & coat in flour

     

     

  3. Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil, heat over medium heat. Cook in batches for 1-2 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Brush with barbeque sauce. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.

    Beautiful thank you. I didn’t have fresh herbs so used 1tsp of dried and I was out of bacon so I chopped up some chorizo

    Delicious, husband said best burger ever. I used turkey mince as it needed using up, really easy too. I cooked in airfryer for 20 mins tmrc_emoticons.)

    Very easy and tasty.. thanks. I added some chopped up veges left over in fridge... just a small amount to add a bit more nutrition for kids. I’ll definitely make this again.

    We really liked these. I chopped at a higher speed, and cooked for a bit longer, but these were popular.

    very easy and enjoyable. I found i had to chop herbs etc. at a higher speed and mix for longer so check as you go
