Creamy Pork & Vegetables
- 500 g Fillet of Pork, 1cm slices
- 2 Onion, quarterd
- 4 sprigs flat leaf parsley, leaves only
- 2 cloves garlic
- 30 g olive oil
- 30 g white wine
- 180 g cream
- 1 tbsp TMX vegetable stock concentrate
- 3 --- large carrots, Peeled and thickly sliced
- 2 granny smith apples, Peeled, cored and cubed (large chunks)
- 1 heaped teaspoon Dijon mustard

1. Place onion, garlic, parsley, mixed herbs in "Closed lid" . Chop 4 seconds/speed 7
2. Add oil and cook 3 minutes/"Counter-clockwise operation" /100 deg/speed 1
3. Add stock, cream and wine and cook 20 minutes/100 deg/"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting" .
4. Add Pork slices, mustard, apples and carrots 15 minutes/100 deg/"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting" .
4. Place in Thermoserver while you prepare the rice or mash potato.

Serve with Rice or Mash potato.

"Closed lid" Hi there, do you cook the cream, stock white wine for 20 minutes please seems a long time for such a small amount of liquid, thank you 🌝????
Very yummy. Added extra vege - beans and broccoli. used more cream and also added in seeded mustard, didn't add the white wine as we didn't have any. Would definitely make again.
