Ingredients
Crusty Chicken Casserole
- 1 chicken, Whole, roast, de-boned
- 1 onion
- 2 shallots
- 1 celery stalk
- 60 g water
- 30 g Butter
- 100 g Corn, Frozen
- 150 g fresh mushrooms, Sliced
- 60 g bacon
- 1 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 250 g sour cream
- 75 g cheese, grated
Cheese Batter
- 250 g self-raising flour
- 1/2 red capsicum
- 1/2 green capsicum
- 2 eggs
- 250 g cheese, grated
- 125 g Milk

- Remove meat from BBQ chicken, chop or shred to desired size. Place in a bowl and set aside until needed
- Place onion, shallot, celery in bowl and chop 3 sec / speed 4.
add water and boil without MC 15 mins / 80 deg / "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1. - Add butter, chopped bacon, sliced mushrooms and corn into bowl and cook further 5 mins / 80 deg / "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
- Add soup, sour cream, reserved shredded chicken to bowl and combine 4 sec / "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3
- Move base mix to casserole dish and set aside. Wash and dry mixing bowl
- Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and mix until just combined. Using spatula to scrape bottom of bowl and finish mixing
- Cover casserole with cheese batter.
bake in moderate over for 30-40 mins uncovered, until golden

Tip
Add vegetables to casserole as you like. Add more water to base if needed
