I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add carrot chop speed 7 20-30 seconds.
Add oil & curry powder, onion, garlic powder cook at 100 temp for 5 minutes speed 2.
Add potato, water & stock into mixing bowl, add varoma with sausages, place varoma on mixing bowl and cook at varoma temp 25 minutes speed 2.
Remove varoma, peel sausages and chop - set aside.
Puree veggies and liquid ( I like to hide the veggies from the kids you could keep them whole, I find if you puree it thickens the sauce) on speed 5 until smooth.
(You can add more veggies like mushrooms, peas etc. if you want at the same time as the potato.)
Add sausages and cook on temp 100 5 mins on "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
I serve mine with rice. Which I cook before hand and let sit in the thermo server whilst this is cooking

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
