Curry Chicken
- 500 g chicken thigh, skin on, Roughly Chopped
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red capsicum
- 4 stalks celery stalk
- 2 carrots
- 1 brown onion
- 1 cans coconut cream
- 2 sachets chicken and corn soup
- 1 tsp green curry paste
- 1 tbsp Vegetable stock paste
- 100 g water
