Ingredients

EZEE Chicken Curry

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 brown onion
  • 30 grams olive oil
  • 45-100 grams Curry paste
  • 400 grams coconut cream
  • 1-2 teaspoons salt
  • 4-6 potatoes or kumara
  • 700-800 grams chicken breast or boneless thighs, cut into cubes
  • 100 grams frozen peas

Recipe's preparation

    EZEE Chicken curry
  1. 1. Place garlic and onion into bowl. Chop for 3sec/speed7

    2. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

    3. Add olive oil.

    4. Add 45-100g curry paste of your choice.

    5. Place lid on with simmering basket.

    6. Add coconut cream and potatoes or kumara.

    7. Add Salt.

    8. Cook for 10mins/100/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1.

    9. Add chicken breasts or boneless thighs cut into cubes.

    10. Cook 12mins/100/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1.

    11. Add frozen peas.

    12. Cook for 3mins/100/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1. Add another 2 minutes if potatoes are not cooked all the way through.

    13. Your curry is ready to serve.
