Recipe's preparation

  1. Tear up bread and place in bowl. Speed 10 for 10 seconds.

  2. Cut carrot & zucchini into chunks & add. Speed 7 for 6 seconds. Scrape down slides.

  3. Add remaining ingredients. Mix on reverse Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2-3 for approx 30 seconds or until combined. Use spatula to assist mixing if required.

  4. Roll into balls of desired size, flatten and cook.

Tip

You could really throw in (or take out) any herbs/spices/sauces you like. I would have put bbq sauce in mine but didn't have any at the time. I used 1 carrot & 1/2 a zucchini because that's what I had in the fridge - adapt it to however you like.

Cook:

In frypan on medium heat for approx 5 mins each side or until cooked through.

OR

In oven for approx 20 mins (until golden brown) on 180 degrees, turning after 10 mins
