Patties
- 50 grams Parmesan cheese, diced in 1cm cubes
- 3 slices bread, quartered
- 1 tablespoon Dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoon Minced garlic
- 3 eggs
- 500 grams Beef mince

1. Add parmesan cheese to bowl, chop 7 seconds on speed 8-9.
2. Leaving parmesan in bowl, add bread and chop 5 seconds on speed 6 until bread is crumbs.
3. Add remaining ingredients to bowl, mix on reverse, speed 6 for 15 seconds or until combined.
4. Divide mix into 4 portions, shape on baking paper into rounds slightly bigger than required as the patties will shrink when cooking. Please note this will make large patties.
5. Heat a frypan and add patties, fry until cooked through.
Note: When making these hamburgers, I fry the bacon in the frypan first, then remove and add the hamburger patties to the frypan with the bacon fat to fry them off.
