Hamburger
- 1 teaspoon rock salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, Whole
- 1 sprig rosemary, Fresh
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion, Small
- 4 sprig parsley, Fresh
- 1 carrot, Small
- 500 gram mince beef
- 1 egg
- olive oil, for frying
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- Mill 1 teaspoon of Rock Salt and 1 teaspoon of whole black pepper for 45 seconds/Speed 9
- Chop 1 sprig of Rosemary (leaves removed from stalk, discard stalk), and 1 clove garlic 3 sec/Speed 7
- Chop 1 small carrot 5 sec/Speed 7
- Chop 1 small onion and 4 sprigs fresh parsley 3 sec/Speed 7
- Add 500g mince, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, mix Reverse/3 Min/Speed 1 or until combined.
- Form into patties/burgers, fry in oil until cooked. Serve in a bun, bread, whatever you feel like!
Tastes awesome with any type of sauce!

Best hamburger recipe. I use half kangaroo mince and half beef mince. Healthy and delicious.

This was a winner! Added extra garlic and parsley and was delicious! The patties were firm and moist and didn't break or crumble in the pan.

I have just deleted all my hamburger recipes! This recipe is the best. Tasty, moist and no BREAD. Just what I wanted being GF. Thanks for a great recipe. Yum. Next time I'll only use half a teaspoon of salt as we are not big salt eaters.
