Ingredients
- 500 grams lean beef mince
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 large onion, Cut in half
- 4 Field mushrooms, Quartered
- 2 carrots, Roughly chopped
- 1 bottle Passata.
- 1 heaped tablespoons herbs
- 25 grams olive oil, I used garlic infused
- Salt and pepper, To taste
- 1 heaped teaspoons Vegetable stock paste
- Parmasean cheese, To serve

Chop onion, carrots, mushrooms & garlic at speed 7 for 10 seconds.
Add oil and saute for 3 minutes at 100 degrees speed 1.
Add bottle of passata, put stock in empty bottle with a splash of water to remove excess sauce & herbs and cook at 100 degrees for 10 minutes speed 1.
Add mince and salt and pepper through the hole of the lid and mix with the aid of spatula. Put steaming basket over the hole and cook on caroms for 20 minutes on REVERSE - speed soft.
Serve with cooked pasta.
