- 600 grams chicken breast
- 50 grams Lite Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Red Thai curry paste
- 2 spring onions
- 2 cm ginger
- 200 grams long grain white rice

1/ Add spring onion and ginger 6 sec/Sp 6
2/ Add 600g chicken to jug. To mince Turbo 1 sec x 8
3/ Add coconut milk, curry paste 15 secs/Rev/Sp 3
4/ Roll into balls and place in Varoma Base and tray
5/ Add 500g water and leftover 200g lite coconut milk to jug
6/ Weight 200g rice in basket, rinse under water until clear, place in jug
7/ Place Varoma base on top, 20 mins/Varoma/Sp 4
Serve with Asian style salad

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
