- 1 carrot
- 6 stalks broccoli
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onions
- 20 grams olive oil
- 300 grams mince
- 1 sachet spice mix
- 1 can tomatoes
- 60 grams cheese
Salsa
- 1 onion, Halved
- 1 clove garlic, Peeled
- 1/2 green capsicum, Chopped
- 40 g olive oil
- 400g crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- chilli powder, To Taste
- 60 g water

1. Add carrot, capsicum and broccoli to TM bowl.
Chop on speed 5 for 5 seconds.
Repeat until desired size is reached.
Set aside in seperate bowl
2. Without cleaning the TM bowl, add halved onion and garlic clove to TM bowl.
Chop on speed 5 for 5 seconds. Repeat if needed.
Add half of olive oil and sautee on Varoma for 4 mins, stiring "Gentle stir setting" .
3. Add mince to TM bowl and mix ingredients, 5 seconds, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 5.
Scrape down bowl and cook meat, 5 minutes, varoma, "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
4. Add chopped vegetables to TM bowl and mix ingredients, 5 seconds, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 5.
Scrape down bowl and cook, 5 minutes, varoma, "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
5. Add half of tinned tomatoes to TM bowl and mix ingredients, 5 seconds, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 5.
Add spice mixture and remaining tinned tomatoes, and mix ingredients, 5 seconds, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 5.
Scrape down bowl and cook, 5 minutes, varoma, "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
1. Place onion and garlic in bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5.

Scrape down sides of bowl. Add capsicum and olive oil. Saute for 5 min/100 C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting" measuring cup removed.

Add crushed tomatoes, salt, sugar, paprika, chili powder and water. Cook 12 min/100 C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting" with simmering basket sitting on top of lid.

Top with grated cheese and grill until melted if desired.
