  • 400 grams chicken
  • 250 grams Pearl Cous Cous
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1/2 Zuchhini
  • 1/2 lemon zest
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 60 grams currants
  • 1 tbsp Vege Stock Concentrate
  • 500 grams water
  • 20 grams olive oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. Combine spices. Brush oil with some of the spices onto chicken

    Place into varoma tray. Fill TM bowl with 700g water and steam for 20 mins/Varoma/speed 1

    Once cooked, place into Thermoserver

    Chop parsley and lemon zest 4 sec/speed 7

    Add oil, capsicum and zuchhini. Saute 3min/100d/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1

    Add cous cous, remaining spices, water, and stock. Cook 10min/90d/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1

    Stir in currants, slice chicken and serve.
