There are some negative comments here about these, but I slightly changed the recipe and love it!
    *Used cashews and almonds
*Added 2 tblspn of rapadura sugar to the cinnamon mix
    *milled all the oats
*added 3/4 of the cinnamon mixture to the balls, then rolled the balls in the remaining.
    Cant get enough!!

Delicious!!!! Our family love these and eat them very quickly. Thanks so much for the recipe. And yes they do taste like doughnuts, only much healthier!

Whilst these balls are tasty, they are nothing like donuts! The adults and kids enjoyed but were dissappointed because they didn't taste like we expected - donuts! My husband thinks they taste like a slice base and are missing the interesting topping ingredient. Yum, but deceptive name.

These got my attention and after reading all the positive comments went straight out and bought the ingredients to make them... what a let down... certainly look the part but taste nothing like donught balls. Mine have a bitter taste with an unpleasant after taste with absolutley no sweetness. (my cinnamon was made from milled down quills). Are the brazil nuts raw and skins removed? I am reluctant to throw them out but will rehash them with some dates and some cranberries. Any suggestion to what I did wrong?

Just made these and I had to try one before it went into the fridge!!!!! Thay are amazing. At first I didn't think that there was going to be enough of the cinnamon and coconut mixture to roll them in but it was just perfect!

Can't wait to try them once they set up lol (if they last)

Very nice. I didnt use up all of the cinnamon coconut in the rolling, but it may have been due to th size of the balls. I made them a bit bigger then what would be for 30.

These are great and both my kids love them (which is saying something).  I just milled all the oats instead of 50g.
