- 1 tablespoon oil
- 120 grams dried apricots, Cut in half
- 400ml can apricot nectar
- 1 package french onion soup mix
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 15 pieces Cashews

Heat oil for 3 mins 100o speed 1.
Insert butterfly. Add chicken pieces and cook 5 mins 100o "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" mix all the liquids together with the soup mix and add to TM bowl along with the apricots and cook for 25 mins on 100o "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1. Add parsley and seasoning to taste.
Add Cashews when served.
Really nice with Cauliflower rice. If doing this, put up to Varoma for 6 minutes at the end on soft speed (no butterfly) with the Varoma tray of Cauliflower rice.

This was delicious! I added canned apricots instead and it worked perfectly.

Boring and tasteless. Followed recipe exactly, looked nothing like the pic.
My kids absolutely loved this and I did too. An easy dinner with not too many ingredients. I served it up with rice and steamed vegies. Winner!
