Ingredients
Mustard and chive chicken
- 800 grams chicken breast or thigh, cubed medium
- 200 grams thickened cream
- 20 grams wholegrain mustard
- 20 grams Dijon mustard
- 10 grams olive oil
- 1 tbsp chicken stock paste, heaped
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 level tbsp cornflour
- 2 level tbsp water
- 1 level tbsp Dried Chives

- 1. Add everything except cornflour, water and chives to "Closed lid" . Cook for 5mins/100C/"Gentle stir setting" "Counter-clockwise operation" , MC on.
2. Mix cornflour and water together then add to "Closed lid" , add the chives to "Closed lid" . Cook for 10mins/90C/"Gentle stir setting" "Counter-clockwise operation" , MC on.
Serve with rice, pasta, mashed potato, steamed vegetables, chips or salad.
Tip
Can use any combination of mustards that you prefer or just use 40g of one type.
