Umm where was I supposed to add in the cream and sugar??
Awesome time saver ideas. Thanks. I might try these next time.
I used coconut cream and this was very nice.
Delicious. I added more carrot, zucchini and some celery and less sausage. Thanks for sharing!
Yum.
Kids requested it again. Thanks for a great recipe.
Changes I made:
* to save time, I skipped the first step entirely. I started at step 3. in step 6, I put the sausages in the Varoma and increased the cooking time from 15 minutes to 18 minutes, speed 2.
* I put the potatoes in the steaming basket so they wouldn't go mushy. I also added corn one time when I had no zucchini (fresh sliced off the cob, one medium sized cob).
* I added the cream and brown sugar in step 7 along with the dissolved cornflour
* Mixed sausages and potatoes in at the end in a big bowl instead of in the thermomix bowl.
Couldnt see where it says to add in the cream maybe you could edit the recipe... mine is currently cooking away in the thermo... i cant wait!!! love reading the reviews made me even hungrier.
Made for my partner and he loved it!! Good to finally have a difinitive recipe.

Great recipe but Step 6 & 7 I used reverse blades So it didn't cut up the potatoes and sasuages. I also added cream once in my thermo server
Hi just wondering....
the 500g of water used in first step to cook sausages, I assume that is discarded once sausages are cooked??
Turned out great! Love that the carrot & zucchini is almost hidden in the sauce. I couldn't see where the cream was in the recipe so I just stirred through at the end, I used coconut cream & was delicious. I also added a red apple along with the potato for a bit more sweetness. Served with cauliflower rice & was a hit. Thanks
