Ingredients
Meatballs
- 5 g nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic
- 40 g Kale
- 500 g chicken mince
- 30 g Flaxseed Meal
Sauce
- 1 brown onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 400 g tomato passatta
- 2 tsp parsley
- 2 tbsp Vegetable stock paste (EDC)
- 350 g Bone Broth
- 20 g coconut oil
- 2 Carrots chopped

Describe the preparation steps of your recipe
Add Garlic and chop 3 Sec, Speed 7. Scrape down sides
Add 40g Kale Chop 10 Sec, Speed 7. Scrape down sides
Add Mince, Nutritional Yeast & Flaxseed Meal and combine 20 Sec, Speed 4 "Counter-clockwise operation"
Using damp hands roll into Tablespoon size balls.
(using damp hands will prevent sticking)
Place balls into your Varoma tray and set aside
Rinse and dry Bowl
Place onion and garlic to Bowl Chop 3 Sec, Speed 7 Scrape down sides
Add oil and sautee 3 Min. Speed 1, 100 Degree's
Add Passata, Carrots, Parsley, Stock and Bone Broth.
Place on lid without MC
Place on Varoma tray
Cook Meatballs and Sauce 20 Minutes, Varoma, Speed 3
Remove Varoma Tray and set aside
Blitz sauce for 30 Seconds gradually increasing the speed from Speed 4 to Speed 9
Serve Sauce over Meatballs or reserve in your Thermoserver and cook some steamed Vegetables

Tip
Check on the Meatballs after 15 minutes in the Varoma. If ready, brown the Meatballs off in a fry pan with some coconut oil just to give them a little colour.
Season the sauce to taste.
Serve over Steamed Vegetables or Black Bean Gluten Free Noodles like I have for my 2yr old.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
