Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Not bad. The instructions need to be a bit clearer. I had never made San Choi Bau so can't comment too much on taste. It tasted ok. Not sure if I would make again though
Toddler loved it. Don't know whether we will have it again in rotation but it was definitely an easy meal.
Awesome! One of our family favourites!
My kids screwed their noses up at first, then ate it and couldn't get enough! Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou for the recipe. I just added the amount of oil as per what I would for stir frying.
A cheap and easy recipe. One small hitch, the meat needed to be broken up, possibly should reproduce the recipe to allow for this. Otherwise it was a hit in our household of 7, so not always easy to please the crowd. Thank you
Good taste. Meat took longer than 7 mins to cook and also needed breaking up halfway through. Recipe says to add oil, but doesn't give an amount. Water chestnuts or bean sprouts might be a crunchy addition next time I make it. Thanks for sharing.
How much oil in this recipe?
Brilliant. Quick, easy and extremely yummo. Do it.
I doubled it - once mince was added took about 12mins to cook. Served rice on lettuce leaf with mince mixture on top. Definitely a keeper.
Thanks for sharing.
Easy to make, tastes great, will certainly make it again
