Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Absolutely delicious. We've had some super fussy kids lately and they all demolished this. Thank you !!!
MissMeliss:Yes but cook less than the 15minutes or the chicken will break up
absolutely amazing taste! so yummy! I used my fresh apricots! This is the perfect apricot Chicken🏆
Has anyone made this with chicken breast instead of thighs?
Loved by whole family, will be a regular in our house, thank you.
Yum yum. I made this tonight and my fussy teen did turn her nose up when she saw what we were having for dinner but funny thing, she went back for seconds.
definite winner in our house. Thanks for sharing
This dish is absolutely divine! Not spicy despite the curry powder. My 2 year old loves this dish. Definitely a favourite in our house.
van der Ploeg:Sorry for the delay in replying. I never get any notification that someone has commented!! I use water all the time, and as long as you use the stock, the flavour is still amazing! I rarely have white wine in the house (I'm a red gal) - so also use Verjuice as I often have it on hand. Happy cooking!
