  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley

  • 100 grams tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 125 grams Frozen peas and corn

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place celery,carrots,onion and garlic in TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed7

    Add oil minced beef and cook for 10 minutes at Varoma Temperature on Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"   Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" placing simmering basket instead of mc onto tm bowl lid (helps stop the splatter)

    Add remaining ingredients except peas and corn cook for 5 minutes at 100 degrees onCounter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" .  At the last 2 minutes add peas and corn

    Great on toast or in a pie

    I've just made this, minus the garlic and tomato to suit our families needs. I ended up adding 100g water instead of tomato. Its perfect for an easy and basic meat dish to add to dinner tmrc_emoticons.)
