Ingredients
- 1 kg sausage meat
- 500 g Beef mince
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 3 eggs
- 1 Capsicum
- 100 g pumpkin
- 1 tbsp veg stock
- 200 g bread crumbs
- 7 sheets Puff pastry

Preheat oven 180 degrees
If making own breadcrumbs do now
Place Onion and garlic in TM Bowland chop for a 1 second on speed 5
Add remaining Veges and Chop on Speed 5 15seconds till finely choped
Put in simmering basiet and press gently to get all juice out.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix by hand
Cut puff pastry in halve and lay sausage mix on pastry and roll wetting edge of pastry with water to seal edge.
Slice pastry into desired size and prick with fork
Cook for 20 minutes or till golden brown
