I wondered how this would turn out especially with milling the oats... it was a strange, grainy texture and I would cut the sugar by about half as it was more like a dessert treat. The water and milk ratio worked well. All my kids ate it! Sneaky school holiday treat breakfast.
My kids love this recipe, I reduced the sugar by half and I only milled the oats on about speed 5 so it wasn't completely milled...more like quick oats.
