Quick & easy, my little girls helped with making the patties. Made a few changes, left out sweet chilli sauce, added 1 tsp of curry powder, 1 tsp vegetable stock paste, crumbed patties in flour/egg/fresh breadcrumbs, fried them off then cooked in oven.  Kids loved them.
